    • School socks
    • Undershirts / white merinos
    • School supplies (notebooks, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, etc.)

After you donate, you can expect:

  1. Donation receipt
    • You will receive a receipt sent to your email address confirming your donation
  2. Impact report
    • You will receive a report via email detailing:
      • How your donation was used (e.g., what was purchased)
      • The students or individuals who benefited
      • Dates when items were distributed, where applicable

No, there is no minimum donation amount. We appreciate every contribution, whether big or small, as it helps us support students affected by the hurricane.

Yes, we welcome donations from supporters outside of Jamaica.

You can drop off physical items at our designated collection points:

Students are identified and selected in partnership with:

  • School administrators and guidance counsellors
  • Local community organisations
  • On-the-ground coordinators in affected areas
Selection is based on criteria such as level of need, impact of the hurricane, and verification from school/community leaders.

Privacy in Jamaica is governed by The Data Protection Act, 2020 – this puts significant restrictions on how personal information, especially sensitive information related to children, is handled. Posting pictures of students, even if pulled from a public source such as social media, is not allowed without consent. To remain fully compliant, we have chosen not to post any pictures with real students.

All donations made to are final. However, if a donation was made in error, we will review your refund request and may issue a refund when the request meets the conditions below:

Refunds may be considered if:

  • – The donation was made in error or duplicated.
  • – The request is submitted within 7 days of the donation date.
  • – The donated funds have not yet been disbursed or spent.
  • – The donor provides valid proof of identification to confirm ownership of the payment method used.

NB. If a donor decides to support another project or campaign after the donation has been given, the funds will not be refunded but reallocated to the other project or campaign.

After charitable funds have been disbursed or the refund window has expired, refunds are not possible.

To request a refund:

  • 1. Complete and submit the Donation Refund Request Form
  • 2. Attach a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or national ID).
  • 3. Include a copy of your donation receipt or transaction confirmation.

Our team will review your request within 5–10 business days and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
